CoreFlow Board is a multidirectional training platform that allows resistance, suspension and movement to work together around the body from multiple directions.

THE IDEA

The body moves in multiple directions. Resistance training should be able to meet it there.
Most training equipment delivers resistance through a fixed or limited path. CoreFlow Board is designed to let resistance be positioned around the body — from different directions, at different heights, and at multiple points — while the user moves naturally through the exercise.
This is the idea behind CoreFlow Training System: more freedom in where resistance comes from, how the body responds to it, and how movements can be combined.

THE COREFLOW SOLUTION

CoreFlow Board brings multiple resistance and movement options together on one adjustable platform.
The system combines a stable exercise surface with multiple anchor points, an adjustable frame, pulleys, resistance bands, suspension and interchangeable attachments. Resistance can be positioned around the user and adjusted to the movement being performed.
This allows the body to work against multiple resistance directions within one coordinated exercise — while the same platform can be reconfigured for entirely different movements.

EXPAND YOUR DIMENSION

Open new possibilities in the way you move, train and perform.

EXPAND WHAT YOU ALREADY DO.
CoreFlow complements existing training and movement practices, adding new possibilities without replacing the way you already train.

BUILD RESISTANCE AROUND THE MOVEMENT.
Start with the movement you want to train, then configure resistance to support, challenge or redirect it — rather than adapting the movement to the equipment.

FROM SUPPORT TO PERFORMANCE.
Adapt the system across different levels of ability and intensity — from assisted movement and rehabilitation to progressive training and advanced performance.

ONE PLATFORM. MORE POSSIBILITIES.
The CoreFlow Training System provides a foundation for continually expanding exercises, configurations, training programs and group classes.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The CoreFlow Board — the foundation for programming, digital experiences, classes, professional education and commercial partnerships.

CLASSES
Individual and group-training formats can bring the system into guided training environments and create a recognizable class experience.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
Professional education and certification can prepare trainers and instructors to use and teach the system consistently.

EQUIPMENT & ATTACHMENTS
The CoreFlow Board and its attachments form the physical foundation of the training system, with opportunities for individual, professional and commercial use.

PROGRAMMING
Proprietary exercise libraries, progressive programs and specialized training applications designed specifically for the CoreFlow Board and its unique capabilities.

APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
A digital platform can give users ongoing access to workouts, programs, instruction and new content developed specifically for the system.

COMMERCIAL PARTNERSHIPS
Studios, gyms, training facilities and rehabilitation settings can integrate the equipment, programming and classes into their existing businesses.

THE INVENTOR

Chris "Naiyame" Simons — Athlete, Trainer & Inventor

Naiyame has spent much of his life exploring movement — as an athlete, fitness professional, trainer and inventor. His experience spans competitive sport, endurance challenges, strength and conditioning, stretching, suspension training and decades of hands-on work with clients.

His development of training equipment began more than 20 years ago. In 2006, Naiyame built the original StretchMaxx Machine prototype, combining a foldable platform, metal frame and rope-and-pulley system. That work eventually led to StretchMaxx, his portable partner-free stretching system, while his work with suspension training developed alongside it.

In 2025, these years of practical experience and equipment development came together in a new direction: the CoreFlow Board — a platform designed to create coordinated, multidirectional resistance around the way the body moves.

CURRENT STAGE

PATENT PENDING
Patent application filed August 12, 2026, covering the CoreFlow Board system and its key functional concepts.

PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT
A functional prototype has been built and is currently undergoing hands-on testing and refinement to guide the next engineering phase.

PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Exercises, movement applications and training concepts are being developed alongside the physical system.

TESTING & REFINEMENT
The prototype will be used to evaluate stability, mechanical function, resistance configurations, safety and necessary engineering improvements.

NEXT: ENGINEERING & COMMERCIALIZATION
Engineering refinement, product development, testing and preparation for commercial production.

PARTNER WITH US

We believe the CoreFlow Board has the potential to establish a new category of training equipment — a non-electrical system designed not around one exercise or modality, but around the way exercises can be performed.

Its potential extends beyond introducing a new way to train. The CoreFlow Board can add new resistance, support and movement possibilities to existing training methods, while providing the foundation for entirely new exercises, programs and classes.

Our vision is to develop a training platform with the versatility and long-term relevance that defining systems such as Pilates equipment have brought to the fitness and movement industry.

We are seeking strategic investment and commercialization partners who can help us take that vision from prototype to market.
